In this role, reporting to the Manager, you will lead projects from conception to successful implementation. Your work will involve designing eLearning and blended training experiences, promoting learner-centered methodologies, and leveraging AI technologies for enhanced learning outcomes. You will also evaluate programs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
