Detailed Description:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
End-to-End Industrial Engineering: Lead and execute industrial engineering initiatives across all facets of operations, including New Product Introduction (NPI), capacity planning, inbound logistics, process optimization, outbound operations, packaging, and material handling.
Operational Design & Optimization: Design, develop, and implement new and improved manufacturing processes to support the efficient production of customer products.
Capacity & Efficiency Management: Conduct plant layout planning, perform detailed capacity studies, and manage Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximize throughput and resource utilization.
Automation & Innovation: Drive initiatives related to automation, Industry 4.0, and IoT, identifying opportunities for technological...
