Elk Valley Resources seeks a Lead for Regulatory Approvals Implementation to integrate social, environmental, and regulatory actions at our mines. You will drive compliance and collaboration across teams and communities.
In this essential role, you will report to the Senior Lead Environment in Project Development. The Lead, Regulatory Approvals Implementation will oversee the implementation of approvals, manage education and change processes, and ensure adherence to all conditions tracked in the HSEC system. Building robust relationships is crucial to facilitate effective compliance management and inspection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement SERA components of permitting approvals
• Conduct employee education and change management
• Coordinate implementation of management plans
• Build relationships with government and First Nations
