Role description

• Have been or are currently Workday certified

• 5+ years of Workday or related HRMS/Finance integrations experience in a delivery or AMS capacity. You must be able to speak to this experience internally and to customers

• Strong understanding of Workday integrations and related technologies. This includes technical experience with different integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP)

• HCM/ERP software exposure across EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies

• Workday Reporting and BIRT development experience or direct oversight

• Have managed and grown offshore Workday teams (India preferred) to support our US/EMEA customer
