Lead HVAC Service Technician opportunity in Norwalk, CT with a growing multi-state HVAC franchise expanding into Connecticut with a brand-new location opening in February. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HVAC professional to help launch a new market, establish service standards early, and grow with a customer-focused organization backed by approximately 25 franchise locations nationwide.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC Service Technician position include:8-10+ years of HVAC experience with strong tenure and a stable work history. Connecticut S1 or S2 license required, along with EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification. Ability to independently perform HVAC service, maintenance, and installation.
