About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Human Factors Design Engineer to initially be employed on a 6 month contract duration. Primarily home based with occasional travel to the Havant offices and our customer sites in Cornwall and Yeovil. 

Working within a small HF team within the engineering team on our Merlin Helicopter, Airborne, Maritime, Land and R&D programmes. In addition to working on our existing portfolio of programmes, you will also support our future capabilities, business growth opportunities, and bids and proposals – this will provide you the opportunity to shape and lead future HF programmes.

Whilst experience in defence or aerospace is desirable, this role would suit a skilled and motivated HF professional, with experience in HF methodologies supporting the development of products and applying standards ...
