Lead HRIS Developer

Role Description

The Senior HRIS Developer is responsible for the design, development, configuration, and ongoing support of the organization's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Technology, and Security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient HR technology solutions that support business operations and compliance requirements across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• HRIS Development & Configuration
• Lead system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, availability, and application-level security controls
• Integration & Data Management
• Develop and maintain integrations between HRIS and payroll, finance, and third-party systems
• Manage data migrations, validations, reconciliations, and ongoing data quality
