+ Drive a diverse and collaborative working culture in the Territory leadership squad
+ Drive cross-functional excellence across a variety of functions (Sales, Marketing, Merch, Planning, Supply Chain, and other enabling functions)
+ Deliver efficient business operations and processes that drive the territory business forward.

**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**

**Operating Model & Ways of Working**

+ Designing, owning, and continuously refining the territory operating model, including key meetings, cadence, governance, and dependencies across functions
+ Partnering closely with the Territory GM and leadership team to establish clear ways of working, principles and accountability, evolving these season over season through team sessions and offsites

**Seasonal Orchestration & CODE Integration**
