What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trailers
• Lead by example on the tools, supporting the team with diagnostics, repairs, job quality and productivity across the workshop
• Oversee day-to-day workflow in the bay, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to TIP standards with minimal downtime
• Support and mentor technicians/apprentices, helping with technical guidance, problem-solving, and maintaining high workshop standards
