Tomlinson’s Materials Group is looking for a Lead Hand of the Maintenance Crew at our Bruce Mines Quarry.
Location: 9630 ON-17, Bruce Mines, ON
Vacancy Type: Replacement
Schedule: Day shift, Wednesday to Sunday, 10-12 hour days.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work collaboratively and effectively with all team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Provide onsite leadership in the absence of the Foreman, ensuring maintenance and production activities continue safely, efficiently, and according to daily operational plans.
Delegate daily tasks and supports the execution of work assignments as directed by the Foreman, ensuring clarity of expectations and quality of workmanship.
