Job Description
As a Lead Groom Artist, you will be responsible for leading a team of groom artists, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality groom, including hair, fur & feathers for a variety of characters and creatures across various projects while collaborating with the supervision team to ensure the creative and technical needs are fulfilled. This role requires a strong understanding of the visual effects pipeline, excellent technical and artistic skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior artists. Lead and manage a team of CFX Groom artists, providing clear guidance, feedback, and technical support. Create high-quality hair, fur, and feather grooms for characters and creatures, adhering to artistic and technical specifications.
