Lead Global Distribution Planner

Purpose of this position

Support the Manager Global Distribution Planning. Responsible for delivering key projects, e.g. the ATANTIC Program - to establish initiatives for Global Inventory Management. IBP Global key user for Distribution Planning.FIT4 Planning and replenishment flows. Developing project plans, time and cost estimates, contributes to the overall organizational change strategy. SOP Documentation development, supporting the change process.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Supporting the Global Distribution Planning function across EMEA and APAC .

• Leading and implementing best practices for VMI process, overseeing the VMI roll out via SteerCo review.
• Monitoring the Key performance indicators and route cause analysis regionally, where deviations occur.
• Review current strategies with view to standardization and SOP documentation
