We're looking for a proactive, personable Legal Intake Specialist to manage and convert incoming leads for a growing practice. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — following up on inquiries, reaching out across phone, email, and text, and guiding leads toward booked consultations. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong CRM skills and a track record of turning inquiries into committed clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with inbound leads submitted through the website
• Reach out to prospective clients promptly via phone, email, and text message
• Convert inquiries into booked consultations and secured clients
• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and answer initial questions
• Manage, update, and organize all lead records within HubSpot
