Job Description
As a Lead Generation Representative, you will play a key role in driving Somnio's growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across LATAM. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships through strategic outbound efforts, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team. This role combines research, communication, and analytical skills to help expand our client base and strengthen collaboration between marketing and sales.
Execute multichannel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, automations, and outreach sequences).
Manage the lead database and segmentations within the CRM (HubSpot).
Develop ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
Prospect new target accounts: identify decision-makers, conduct research, and build qualified lead lists.
