Digitech Outsourcing Solution is hiring an experienced Lead Researcher with skip tracing expertise for our real estate team. This role focuses on deep web research to identify property owners (individuals or LLCs) and find accurate contact details for sales outreach.
Responsibilities
Skip trace landlords or LLCs owning homes/apartments
Identify correct owners and sales decision-makers
Find and verify phone numbers, emails, and other contact details
Conduct deep web and public-record research
Requirements
Proven skip tracing experience
Strong web research skills
2–3 years of research experience
Real estate experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 55,000
Fuel allowance: Rs. 5,000
