Lead Functional Tester

EPAM is searching for an accomplished Lead Functional Tester to oversee all aspects of daily testing for a gaming project in an on-site setting.
In this position, you will coordinate test planning, act as the primary liaison for client QA communications, monitor team outcomes, and contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes. Responsibilities
Allocate and manage daily assignments for the Test Team to address the most urgent needs
Act as the main interface between the Client's QA Analysts and the Test Team, coordinating all incoming queries
