Lead Functional Tester

EPAM is looking for a seasoned Lead Functional Tester to manage daily testing operations for a gaming project in an office environment.

You will organize testing schedules, serve as the main contact for client QA inquiries, track team progress, and support hiring and onboarding efforts. This role demands advanced software testing knowledge, strong leadership, and a focus on quality and improvement. Confidentiality, responsibility, and teamwork are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Test Team’s daily workload to ensure critical tasks are prioritized
• Serve as the point of communication between the Client’s QA Analyst group and the Test Team, handling requests
• Oversee and document team performance, including attendance, obstacles, and escalations
• Assess tester contributions and impact on the project
