Lead Fullstack Software Engineer

Job Description
The Fullstack Software Engineer will serve as the technical lead for our client's middleware application that connects physical warehouse automation systems to their enterprise ERP platform. Day-to-day this role requires the engineer to be hands-on coding, while also guiding engineering best practices and enforcing clean architecture and SOLID principles. The Lead Engineer will work closely with the Scrum Master/Program Manager, participate in technical standups as the authority on design decisions, and help shape the evolution of the tech stack. This application is largely backend‑focused, with integrations and production reliability at the core. The engineer will collaborate onsite with cross‑functional partners to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions in a fast‑moving, operationally critical environment.
