Lead Full-Stack Tech Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer with deep experience building HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications. You will own the core backend infrastructure and the internal clinical dashboard, ensuring seamless management of longitudinal clinical workflows, care-plan routing, and automated triage queues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and scale our backend using Medplum (FHIR-native TS framework) deployed on secure AWS infrastructure.
  

• Enforce strict security, identity management, and comprehensive audit logging within the BAA-covered PHI data store.
