Lead Full Stack - Front End - Portugal

We're hiring a Tech Lead for one of the most ambitious AI + ontology-driven data platforms in Portugal right now.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll own architectural decisions, lead a cross-functional team, and ship a user experience that serves both humans and AI agents — a product where front-end polish and back-end depth matter equally.

What you'll do

• Drive architecture and technical direction end-to-end
• Lead and mentor the dev team, with strong code review culture
• Build and integrate robust front-end (React/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, APIs) layers
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams on real-time, data-intensive features
• Push the bar on performance, scalability and code quality
