ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own production reliability and rapid troubleshooting on a live Hiring Events platform serving enterprise clients in real time. The role involves working across Java, Spring Boot, Python, and React, managing deployments, resolving production incidents within SLAs, and collaborating closely with Client Support and GTM teams. It includes mentoring and onboarding engineers as the team grows, and direct input into technical prioritization and architecture decisions.
