Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direction of the Supervisor, Fulfillment, the Lead Fulfillment - Guest Services is responsible for advanced support with daily operations with the timely and efficient fulfillment of goods and services within the casino Marketing Divisions and other departments as needed. Supports department performance and metrics as outlined by department leadership. Works closely with leadership to lead, guide, and motivate team members to ensure best-in-class results while supporting a high-volume department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Is responsible for supporting the operations of Guest Services which includes product inventory control, equipment inventory control and maintenance, and department supplies.
