Job Description

 
  Summary 
 Responsible for managing a team of developers developing a state of the art trading platform
 Help lead us forward in design and architecture.
 Take ownership over developing a pipeline of new features.
 Code review and leadership of team members.
 Ensuring component consistency in design and with testing standards.
 Working with Product Owners to ensure a resilient, performant, built for purpose system is developed and maintained
 Focusing on continuous improvement to efficiently deliver features
 Working with other Technical leads to set standards across components and services
 Driving the prioritization of non-functional requirements
 Identifying risks and proposing/implementing mitigation plans.
 Ability to manage and mentor all levels of developers
 Be accountable for team performance.
