Lead - Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewall

Work Location: Mississauga, ON - Remote

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and associated security technologies (e.g., Panorama, GlobalProtect, WildFire)

Design and manage firewall policies, VPNs, and network segmentation

Monitor and analyze firewall logs and security events for threat detection and response

Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in line with change management procedures

Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments

Collaborate with network and system teams to ensure secure architecture and compliance

Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for firewall-related issues

Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation

Develop and tune correlation SIEM rules, dashboards, and alerts
