Lead fashion designer

Role Overview

Confluence Guild Co. is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Lead Fashion Designer who's ready to grow fast and own a lot. You don't need to have done everything yet — but you need to be the kind of person who figures things out, moves quickly, and takes real pride in your craft. This is a hands-on role where you'll touch every part of the product lifecycle, from first sketch to finished garment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Creative Direction
Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, and color palettes.
Create detailed sketches and digital renderings for new collections.
Explore silhouettes and patterns with a focus on quality and wearability.
2. Technical Design & Tech Packs
Build Tech Packs with measurements, BOM (Bill of Materials), and construction notes.
Translate designs into clear technical specifications for factory partners.
Work in Adobe Illustrator or CLO 3 D for flat sketching or 3 D renderings.
