Job Description

As our Lead Estimator, you’ll sit at the heart of major bids, leading the development of competitive, high-quality estimates that position HEB for success. You’ll bring together engineering expertise, commercial insight, and strategic thinking to influence bid outcomes and ensure we deliver profitable, well-considered projects. Between bids, you’ll support project teams with cost management, commercial guidance, and forecasting to drive strong performance across delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading a team of high performing Senior Estimators to support delivery of accurate and competitive estimates for large-scale civil infrastructure tenders
Driving cost-effective, innovative solutions in collaboration with design and construction teams
Managing the end-to-end estimating process, including quantities, subcontractor pricing, and risk assessments
Actively contributing to bid strategy and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions...
