JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality through automation, process improvements, and agile delivery models within ERP/CRM environments. The position requires learning new technologies and business domains, contributing to practice-related activities, and improving technical designs and application functionalities. Key duties include independent analysis, design, development, testing, documentation creation, and code reviews. The role also serves as a point of contact for build and deployment issues, manages client environments, and performs root cause analysis and troubleshooting. Mentoring junior team members and influencing customer satisfaction through proactive suggestions and timely delivery are also essential aspects of this position.
