**Role Summary**

The Lead, Enterprise Skills Development will lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide skills development initiatives, leveraging AI and skills intelligence to build personalized, scalable development solutions that enable employees and leaders to grow in line with AT&T’s shift to a skills-based organization.

**Position Overview**

This role sits on a newly formed team driving AT&T’s transition to a skills-based, AI-enabled development model. As a Lead, Enterprise Skills Development, you will play a hands-on role in building and delivering scalable programs that develop critical skills across the workforce.
