Lead Enterprise Architect (Enterprise Architecture Management)

The Lead Enterprise Architect (Enterprise Architecture Management) is accountable for establishing and continuously improving Olympus’ Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) capability: governance, standards and guardrails, portfolio transparency (applications and underlying technology), and an enterprise architecture roadmap that enables business outcomes. The role ensures architecture decisions are made consistently, are traceable, and are aligned to strategy, risk/compliance requirements, and delivery realities. It also drives the adoption and quality of architecture data and insights (e.g., LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow) to support investment decisions, modernization, simplification, and technical-debt reduction.
