**Detailed Description:**

+ Lead the entire sustaining and NPI activity.
+ Debug/troubleshooting the failure board to find out the defect/cause.
+ Documenting all aspects of testing, including the tests conducted and the briefing to technicians.
+ Able to communicate with customers for the test related issue.
+ Perform software modifications for the engineering changes (ECN).
+ Coordinate the customer instrument calibration on the functional tester.
+ Work with the CFT team for the 4M, EC, NPI meeting.
+ Maintaining the tester spare part inventory.
+ Able to improve the test coverage improvement to enhance the test detection.
