Lead Engineer

Overview

Lead Engineer – Location: Slough, Berkshire. Salary: £57,000 (OTE £65,000+). Shift: Days (Early Shift).

Responsibilities

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns.
• Planning and completing preventative maintenance.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Requirements

• Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience or aspirational.
• Engineering qualification.
• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Electrical or mechanical experience.
