Job Description
“Lead Engineer, Quality Assurance” is a member of SEDEMAC’s Quality Assurance team. The primary role of the candidate is to perform product inspection and process validation at SEDEMAC, while coordinating with customer for specific requirements review & implementation. The member should be able to identify potential risks within QA & plan for risk mitigation.
Major Responsibilities:
- Setting up quality systems, standards and policies & continuous improvement of the same.
- Create & maintain MIS reports / statistical reports related to Quality.
- Association with reliability / testing- teams in achieving zero defects.
- Leading the teams in trouble shooting the problems both in product / process and arriving at the solutions from incoming materials to FG.
- Monitoring performance of products from design to field (beyond warranty).
