• Study/Concept: Plot Plan, Pipe routing study, definitions and map for Tie in's, Basis of Design, preliminary MTOs and initial data for Civil engineering
• Definition/Basic: Unit Layouts, Piping arrangement drawings, 3D model (30%), component lists, Tie in's Map, estimation of insulation and fire protection materials, updated study phase information, design reviews
• Execution/Detailed: Complete 3D model with all materials, components and features, job descriptions, MTOs for procurement, piping fabrication documentation such as isometric drawings and component lists, Insulation list and drawings, final initial data for Civil engineering, complete Tie in package, Stress analysis, design reviews, As Built documentation and data handover Required skills and competencies (Discipline General) Skills and competencies include, but are not limited to:
• Proficiency in 3D modelling and simulation tools, especially in Smartplant 3D environment
