Lead Engineer Operations

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day base maintenance operations, planning and engineering activities to be carried out safely in accordance with ADE, CAAM and other regulatory bodies' requirements, on time, and within allocated costs.

Ensure serviceability of operator/customer’s aircraft and availability of manpower resources, spares, documentation, tooling/equipment for efficient hangar check management.

Maintain an effective aircraft check management system, focused on hangar line control, meeting KPI in terms of manhours (TAT), ensuring all planned tasks by Production Planning Department are well managed and implemented, and providing necessary feedback.

• Ensure maintenance on the operator's aircraft is carried out and certified in full compliance with standard procedures and applicable airworthiness regulations.
