Lead Engineer/ Engineer, Network Operations Centre, HTSC Development

The Lead Engineer, SOC/NOC Lead, will be part of the HTSC Development Office and will support the planning, development, implementation and delivery of HTSC’s SOC/NOC workstreams. This includes the implementation of HTSC Infrastructure, the Enterprise Network Operations Centre (eNOC), integration with other Domain Operations Centres, and the onboarding of Home Team Department Technology Sustainment Centres (TSCs) as spokes to the HTSC Hub.

The role will also support the planning, development, integration and implementation of AI, ML and Agentic AI solutions in a government-based technology and research environment. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to translate operational needs and research ideas into practical AI-enabled solutions, while supporting project coordination, technical documentation, governance, stakeholder engagement and selected administrative duties.
