Lead Engineer Electrical

• Lead and manage the engineering team for power distribution projects.
• Oversee the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of systems like medium- and low-voltage switchgear, transformers, and busbar systems.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
• Ensure all designs align functionally and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support project execution through frequent site visits and factory tests.

• A completed BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience as a (Lead) Engineer in multidisciplinary projects.
• In-depth knowledge of low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, and standards such as IEC 61439.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and manage teams.
