Lead Engineer, Civil, Structural and Architectural

We are looking for a CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) Lead Engineer to drive industrial construction projects within Valmet's Pulp, Energy and Circularity business area. As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will support our customers by delivering the buildings that house Valmet's power plant and pulp mill technologies worldwide. These structures include heavy industrial steelwork, platforms, cladding, and concrete structures.

This position is based in Tampere.

What you'll do

As the CSA Lead Engineer, you will serve as the project's building‑scope expert from sales through to handover. You will collaborate closely with customers, contractors, engineering disciplines, and supply management.
