To lead and execute improvement projects, NDT training and certification, improve existing methods, and develop and/or introduce new methods.

**_Key responsibilities include:_**

**Competency Development & Resource Adequacy:**

+ Act as safety ambassador and promote safety culture and friendly environment.
+ Develop training materials and samples to facilitate classroom and practical training.
+ Plan, execute and monitor classroom and practical training for NDT level 1 and 2 certifications in the plant. Make sure plants are equipped with certified personnel needed to perform inspections.
+ Maintain skill matrix of quality staff in plants as per LMWP competency model.
+ Track the certification database and ensure only certified resources performing inspection in the plants.
+ Improvement of internal or an alternate certification process to make it leaner and more effective.
