We are looking for a Freelance Lead SCADA Engineer with deep Siemens WinCC OA expertise to take ownership of SCADA architecture and technical leadership across multiple long-term infrastructure projects in the Netherlands.

You will act as the Lead Engineer / Technical Lead, shaping how systems are designed, built, deployed, and maintained whilst guiding engineering teams to deliver robust, future-proof platforms.
