Lead Electronics Design Engineer – Glamorgan – Ref 2016

Lead a team of 10 engineers, including Electronics Design Engineers and Embedded Software Engineers.

Hands‑off leadership and strategic guidance, and hands‑on technical involvement in challenging projects.

Problem solving, training, development and mentoring of team members.

Work mainly on NPD/NPI projects, while supporting existing products through sustaining activities, obsolescence and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Electronics Design Engineer, Principal Electronics Design Engineer, Lead Electronics Design Engineer or similar.
• Experience leading projects.
• Experience training, mentoring, leading or managing other engineers.
• Experience within a highly regulated industry (desirable).
