**Job Title: Lead Electromechanical Technician - $32 - $38/hr**

**Job Description**

The Lead Electromechanical Technician provides expert-level support on the production floor by performing complex electromechanical assemblies while leading and coordinating the work of other technicians. This role combines hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting with oversight of workflow, quality, and team performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact between production and leadership teams, ensuring that assemblies meet specifications, documentation is accurate, and daily activities run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform advanced electromechanical assembly of wires, harnesses, and components using hand tools, power tools, crimpers, micrometers, and test equipment.
