Job Title: Lead Electrical PlannerJob Description
The Lead Electrical Planner oversees planning, scheduling, and cost control activities for turnaround (TA) projects, with a strong focus on IPS (TOADFLY) and work order management systems. This role develops and maintains custom key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports, manages earned and burned value metrics, and supports multiple planners and execution coordinators to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities

+ Lead electrical planning activities for turnaround (TA) projects, ensuring work is properly scoped, scheduled, and controlled.

+ Use IPS (TOADFLY) to develop, maintain, and optimize project plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation work.

+ Create, configure, and maintain custom KPIs and other reports within IPS (TOADFLY) to track project performance and progress.
