Lead -Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics Product & Systems
Role Purpose
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for electrical and power electronics engineering, owning product and system architecture, detailed electrical design, validation, and industrialization of high-power conversion systems across AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC, and bidirectional platforms suitable for Solar, BESS/PCS, EV Chargers, Electrolysers, and Industrial Power Conversion businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Electrical & System Architecture Leadership
Define electrical system architecture for:Solar Inverters (String & Central)BESS Power Conversion Systems (PCS)EV Chargers (AC, DC Fast & Ultra-Fast)Electrolyser Power Supplies
Own electrical specifications: voltage/current levels, isolation, grounding, protection, efficiency, and reliability.
