Lead Electrical Engineer

• Lead electrical design activities for mining and metals projects, including power distribution systems, substations, and related infrastructure.
• Perform equipment sizing and selection for key electrical components such as transformers, generators, drives, switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, cables, and grounding systems.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of engineering standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
• Prepare technical documentation, bid packages, and evaluation materials for electrical equipment and bulk materials.
• Produce core electrical engineering deliverables such as single‑line diagrams, load lists, equipment datasheets, layouts, cable schedules, and design packages for execution.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical oversight to junior and intermediate team members.
