Lead Electrical Engineer

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** This mid-level Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer position requires 3 to 7 years of industrial experience to design small and large-scale engineering projects under general supervision. The role focuses on delivering cost-effective, constructible designs while coordinating with cross-functional teams and providing technical guidance to junior staff.

**Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**

+ Design & Engineering: Produce detailed electrical layouts, installation documents, load center sizing, grounding plans, and lighting/power systems.
+ Calculations & Optimization: Perform wire sizing, voltage drop, conduit fill, and motor control center loading calculations.
+ Project Collaboration: Review vendor drawings, coordinate with other design disciplines, and manage scope change communications.
