Lead the design and development of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical sub-systems and components, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory standards. Provide daily leadership support and mentorship to the technical design team. Oversee the creation of design specifications and test procedures, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance.
