Lead Electrical Design Engineer

Key Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering

8+ years in HV substation design

Proficient in AutoCAD, CDEGS, MS Office

Strong grip on IEC/IEEE standards

Strong technical reporting & teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Earthing, lightning, and cable design

Load flow, short circuit & compensation studies

Layouts Designing of HV Indoor/Outdoor, AIS/GIS Substations up to 220kV.

Perform earthing calculations and earthing layout design for overall power plant.

Equipment selections, hardware selections and preparing installation diagrams. Cable selections and cable sizing calculations.

Designing and calculations of lightning protections and lightning layouts.

Ability to perform Load flow study, short circuit calculations and reactive power compensation calculations.

Supporting the project team to prepare BOQ and technical proposals.
