Core Responsibilities Serve as the lead educator, modeling best practices to foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development. Lead the implementation of the Reggio-inspired and IB-aligned curriculum; integrate Jewish values, culture, and traditions into daily inquiry-based learning. Support the initial physical setup, design the learning environment, and establish routines and pedagogical culture prior to opening.
