The Yael Schools Network is launching a new Jewish Early Years Centre in Valencia. We are seeking a founding Lead Early Years Teacher to shape, promote, and grow this new kindergarten. This leadership role combines outstanding classroom teaching with pedagogical guidance, merging a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, the IB Early Years (EYP) framework, and a strong foundation in Jewish values.Core ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead educator, modeling best practices to foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development.Lead the implementation of the Reggio-inspired and IB-aligned curriculum; integrate Jewish values, culture, and traditions into daily inquiry-based learning.Support the initial physical setup, design the learning environment, and establish routines and pedagogical culture prior to opening.Mentor, guide, and collaborate with early years teachers and teaching assistants.Build trusting relationships with families through proactive communication, regular p...
