Job Description

 Westway Feed Products, a division of ED&F Man, seeks a Production Supervisor for its Cordova, IL facility. The role manages daily dry feed production, coordinating hiring teams, materials and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality manufacturing of animal feed products.  
 Reports to Regional Operations Manager/Plant Manager and drives continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in dry feed or related manufacturing, and prior supervisory
